Data & reporting.
Read for you.

GA4 and Search Console installed correctly, events named, conversions marked — then synthesized into your monthly one-page report. You get the answers; we keep the dashboard.

→ INCLUDED IN WEB MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This is included in Web Management Services — the monthly service that manages your entire website and Google presence. GA4 install, Search Console verification, event taxonomy, conversion mapping, and the monthly one-page report are part of the service — not separate analytics work you'd have to commission.

You have GA4 installed.
You've never used it to make a decision.

That's not your fault. The default GA4 view is overwhelming, the standard reports are designed for e-commerce sites, and the events that would matter for a local business — phone clicks, form submits, chat opens — require custom configuration that most install workflows skip.

The result: a dashboard you don't open, a bill from a tool that's "installed," and decisions still made by gut. Most GA4 properties we audit are 30–50% set up — the data exists, but it isn't usable.

Inside Web Management Services, we finish the configuration and keep it maintained — then synthesize GA4, Search Console, and your Google Business Profile into one monthly page. You read the answers, not the dashboard.

Six pieces of setup. Done once. Maintained monthly.

— 01 / GA4 INSTALL

GA4 + GTM installed correctly the first time

Property created with the right data stream, GTM container deployed, consent mode configured, debug verified. No double-counting from old Universal Analytics tags. No data gaps from missed regions.

— 02 / SEARCH CONSOLE

Google Search Console verified + sitemap submitted

GSC property verified (DNS or HTML tag), sitemap submitted, indexing monitored. Linked to GA4 so search queries that drove visits show alongside your traffic mix. This is the report most local-SEO clients had no idea they were missing.

— 03 / EVENTS

Event taxonomy that maps to real outcomes

Phone clicks, form submissions, chat opens, scheduling clicks, scroll-to-bottom, video plays. Each event named consistently and parameterized so the data is usable later — not a swamp of "click_button" rows.

— 04 / CONVERSIONS

Conversions marked + sourced

The 3–5 events that actually represent business value (form submitted, call clicked, appointment booked) flagged as key events. Source/medium attribution wired so you can tell which channels drove which conversions.

— 05 / AUDIENCES

Audiences for retargeting + analysis

"Hot leads" (visited contact page), "engaged visitors" (3+ pages), "returning local visitors" (Cedar Rapids + repeat session). Available for retargeting if you ever run paid; usable for analysis either way.

— 06 / REPORTING

Your monthly report includes the analytics view

You won't log into GA4 or Search Console unless you want to. Your monthly one-page report includes traffic, source mix, top pages, conversion counts, and top search queries — synthesized from GA4 + GSC + GBP into one digestible page.

A colorful analytics dashboard displaying traffic sources, conversion paths, and key event counts.
— 01 / CONFIGURED

GA4 + Search Console,
finally set up the way it should be.

Most GA4 installs are 30–50% done — install fired, default events flowing, nothing custom, no conversions marked, no GSC link. We finish the configuration, then synthesize it monthly so you don't have to log in. You get the report; we keep the dashboard.

  • Event taxonomy: phone clicks, form submits, chat opens, scheduling, scroll-to-bottom
  • Conversions marked + source/medium attribution wired
  • Cookie consent v2 configured — privacy compliant from day one

Common questions.

Q.01 I already have GA4 — do I still need this?

Probably yes. Most GA4 properties we audit are 30–50% set up — install fired, default events flowing, no custom events, no marked conversions, no GSC link, no audiences. The dashboards look full but the data isn't usable for decisions. We finish what your last vendor started, then keep it maintained.

Q.02 What about cookie consent + privacy compliance?

Consent mode v2 is configured from day one — GA4 respects user choices, and you stay aligned with current privacy expectations (CCPA, the various state-level laws gaining traction). If your client base spans into the EU we wire a full GDPR-grade consent banner; otherwise consent mode handles the rest.

Q.03 Do you replace Google Tag Manager entirely or just configure it?

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) as the canonical event layer — fewer hard-coded scripts in the site, easier to evolve later. If you have an existing GTM container we audit and consolidate; if not, we spin up a new one under your Google account so you own it.

Q.04 How do we know it's actually working?

Three checks before sign-off: (1) real-time view shows events firing as you test the site, (2) DebugView shows the event parameters arriving correctly, (3) after 48 hours, the data shows up in the standard reports. We share screenshots of all three in your install report so the verification is documented.

Q.05 What if I want raw GA4 access?

Standard. You're added as an Admin on the GA4 property under your own Google account. You can log in anytime, build custom reports, or hand access to another vendor. We don't lock clients out of their own analytics.

Data & reporting is one of nine capabilities included in Web Management Services. Same nine capabilities at every tier — volume scales with the plan.
