Your stack stays.
We do the wiring.
Email marketing, CRMs, payment processors, scheduling tools — your website wired to the software you already pay for. No rip-and-replace, no proprietary lock-in. Part of the monthly service.
This is included in Web Management Services — the monthly service that manages your entire website and Google presence. Wiring your forms, your chatbot, and your data flow into the tools you already pay for — Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, Zapier — is part of the monthly service, not a separate engagement.
Mailchimp. GHL. Shopify. HubSpot. Stripe. Zapier.
Plus everything else with an API.
Six categories, thirty-plus tools we routinely wire into the sites we manage — the stack you already run, connected to one website.
Each category, included in Web Management Services.
Don't see your tool?
If it has an API, we connect to it.
Industry-specific software, proprietary in-house tools, emerging AI products, legacy databases — your existing stack stays exactly where it is, and we wire the website to it. Tell us what you run; we'll scope the integration in your free audit report.

Q.01 What if my tool isn't listed?
Most modern SaaS tools expose a REST API or webhook surface — we can connect to nearly anything. The "Custom API Integration" service covers exactly that. Common examples we've wired: industry-specific software (dental practice management, legal case management, HVAC dispatch), proprietary in-house tools, and emerging AI products. If the tool has docs, we can probably connect to it.
Q.02 Are integrations included in the monthly tiers, or extra?
One standard integration (e.g., contact form → your CRM, or chatbot → your email tool) is included with Core and Professional. Additional integrations are billed at the Add-On rate. Custom API work is scoped per-integration. Your audit report includes a list of what's in scope vs. what would be an add-on.
Q.03 Who maintains the integrations when an API changes?
We do. APIs change, webhooks break, OAuth tokens expire. Integrations under our managed-care retainer are monitored and repaired as part of your monthly service — you don't get a bill for "we noticed your Mailchimp sync broke and fixed it." For one-time integration projects without ongoing retainer, you're on your own when something breaks.
Q.04 Do you need full admin access to my tools?
Almost never. Most integrations run on a scoped API key or an OAuth connection with only the permissions the job needs — read contacts, write form submissions, nothing more. You generate it, you can revoke it any time, and it never exposes your master password. Where a tool only offers full-access keys, we tell you up front and store the credential under managed-care security.
Q.05 Can you migrate me OFF a tool we're leaving?
Yes. We've done migrations from ActiveCampaign → Mailchimp, HubSpot → Pipedrive, custom-built CRMs → HubSpot, and many more. The work involves exporting data, mapping field schemas, importing into the new tool, and re-wiring the website forms. Quoted per-migration.
Q.06 Do you use Zapier or build native API connections?
Both, intentionally. Zapier (or Make, or n8n) is the right tool when you need quick, multi-app workflows that a non-developer should be able to inspect. Native API is the right tool when you need speed, reliability, or transformations that a no-code tool can't handle. We pick the right tool per integration; we don't default to one approach.
Integrations are one of nine capabilities included in Web Management Services. Same nine capabilities at every tier — integration depth scales with the plan.
