On Bochi Web infrastructure under managed-care contract. The bot doesn't train on your customer conversations — every interaction is isolated. We follow GDPR-aligned retention policies (data deleted after 90 days unless escalated).

Q.02 Can the chatbot be on a site you didn't build?

At the Pro tier, yes — we provide an embed script and configure it for your existing site. At Charter and Core, the chatbot is part of the Astro site we build for you.

Q.03 What happens after-hours?

The chatbot replies immediately. If it can't resolve, it captures contact info and sends the lead to your email. You reply when you're back. Typical response is faster than your competitors who only check email at 9am.
